CRM Automation Specialist

As the CRM Automation Specialist you’ll be at the core of our digital operations, designing and optimizing the systems that keep our business running smoothly. You’ll work closely with different teams to understand their needs, automate processes, integrate platforms, and ensure our CRM ecosystem operates efficiently and reliably.

What you'll do

• Provide remote technical support to colleagues and partners via email and chat
• Coordinate with team members on complex cases
• Provide software support for internal tools
• Pull data and generate automated reports for insights and decision-making
• Own larger projects with the freedom to try new things
• Automate processes, integrate systems, and keep operations running efficiently
• Support different teams with IT needs and tech issues
• Handle backups and disaster recovery procedures

What we're looking for

• Strong problem-solving skills with software and basic hardware support experience
• Excellent logic and deduction abilities
• Self-organization and time management skills
• Comfortable working with data in Google Sheets or Excel
• Proactive approach focused on quality and efficiency
• Strong English skills, written and spoken
• Familiarity with CRM and automation tools
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Curiosity and creativity with an innovative problem-solving mindset

Nice to have

• Familiarity with no-code automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate)
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Basic knowledge of VoIP telecommunication systems
