What we collect
- Information you give us — when you submit a contact form, request a working session, or apply for a role, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, company, message, and any CV or application content).
- Technical information — basic, non-identifying data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To assess job applications and communicate with candidates.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where applicable, the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you.
Forms and third parties
Our contact and application forms are powered by JotForm, which processes submissions on our behalf. Data submitted through these forms is handled in line with JotForm's own data-processing terms and forwarded to us so we can respond.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and, where enabled, to understand aggregate usage. We do not sell your data. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how parts of the site work.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@monefy.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
