As the IT Support Specialist you’ll be exploring all corners of our digital landscape. You’ll be involved in providing technical support to our team, collaborating with our experienced tech professionals to optimize our processes, and contributing to the development and implementation of automation solutions.
What you'll do
- Provide remote technical support to our colleagues and partners via email and chat
- Coordinate with other team members on more complex cases
- Provide software support for internal tools, helping colleagues get the most out of our systems
- Troubleshoot basic hardware issues, arranging repairs or replacements when necessary
- Pull data and generate automated reports to support team insights and decision-making
- Own larger projects, where you have the freedom to try out new things and make a difference
- Install software on colleagues’ PCs as needed
- Track and maintain an overview of software licenses
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in end-user technical support
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in software and basic hardware support
- Excellent logic and deduction abilities
- Self-organization and time management skills
- Comfortable working with data in tools like Google Sheets or Excel
- Proactive approach with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools
- Previous experience with VoIP systems or working in a call center environment
